The controller of personal data collected through this website is Paul-Luke Iliaev, trading as eklipse.visuals, Santorini, Greece. Contact: eklipsevisuals@gmail.com.
We collect only the information you choose to provide through the contact form or by email:
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask about a project, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)). Your data is not sold, used for marketing or used for automated decision-making.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a US-based form service, and delivered to our email inbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this relies on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Your information is not shared with any other third party.
Enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to respond and manage the conversation. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Where a project goes ahead, we keep only the records required by law.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. A display preference may be saved in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is never sent to us. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
Films are embedded from Vimeo and load only when you choose to play them, at which point Vimeo's privacy policy applies. Links to Instagram are ordinary links, and nothing is loaded from Instagram unless you follow one.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email eklipsevisuals@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
